Yes, the grass there is that green almost all year round. But I hate that city; Sucks to have our "lead" city be so full of crime and poverty. Kind of makes me sad and embarassed to be an American. As for the Anti-Aircraft guns, there are none on the actual White House itself, however there are posts for Secret Service, and NORAD keeps a close eye on aircraft approaching the "no-fly" zone around the Capitol
